Propósito del cargo:

Liderar y desarrollar al equipo de Project Managers durante la etapa de ejecución de obras. Su objetivo es asegurar la entrega del portafolio de proyectos de energía cumpliendo con los plazos, presupuestos, calidad y normas de seguridad establecidos.

Principales responsabilidades:

  • Liderar el equipo de Project Managers durante el ciclo de ejecución, para asegurar el cumplimiento de metas individuales y decartera, fortaleciendo sus competencias técnicas y promoviendo un entorno de trabajo colaborativo de alto rendimiento.
  • Dirigir y controlar la ejecución integral del portafolio de proyectos en la fase de obras, para asegurar la entrega de las instalaciones dentro de los plazos contractuales, márgenes de costos y estándares de calidad comprometidos con el cliente.
  • Programar y asignar los recursos humanos, contratistas, insumos y equipos técnicos entre los proyectos activos, para garantizar la continuidad operacional y el abastecimiento oportuno en faena, optimizando los presupuestos aprobados.
  • Evaluar y monitorear los riesgos técnicos, operativos y financieros en las obras en ejecución, para implementar planes de contingencia tempranos y medidas de mitigación que minimicen el impacto en plazos y sobrecostos del portafolio.
  • Supervisar y hacer cumplir las normativas de seguridad, salud ocupacional y estándares de calidad en los proyectos, para garantizar la integridad de los equipos de trabajo y el cumplimiento normativo.
  • Definir y estandarizar las metodologías, procedimientos y herramientas de trabajo, para sistematizar lecciones aprendidas y mejores prácticas, elevando la madurez operativa y la eficiencia en ejecuciones futuras.

Requisitos

  • Título Profesional de Ingeniería Civil Eléctrica, Obras Civiles, Industrial, Mecánica o afín.
  • Mínimo 10 años de experiencia laboral general.
  • Al menos 3 años liderando equipos de Project Managers o Jefes de Proyecto.
  • Manejo del ciclo de vida completo de portafolios (Ingeniería, Procura, Construcción y Puesta en Marcha).
  • Conocimientos técnicos: Obras civiles, electricidad, gestión de proyectos, accountability e inteligencia artificial.
  • Software: MS Project, AutoCAD, Homer PRO y deseable Python.
