Hoy, nuestra Gerencia de Marketing está en búsqueda de un/a Líder de CRM, quien tendrá como principal desafío diseñar e implementar la estrategia de CRM y fidelización, potenciando el valor de nuestros clientes durante todo su ciclo de vida, a través de la segmentación, automatización, personalización y análisis de datos.

¿Qué harás en este desafío?

  1. Definir e implementar la estrategia de CRM y Lifecycle Marketing, alineada a los objetivos del negocio.
  2. Diseñar y gestionar campañas automatizadas y personalizadas, de acuerdo con el comportamiento y necesidades de nuestros clientes.
  3. Segmentar audiencias y desarrollar estrategias de comunicación diferenciadas.
  4. Analizar el comportamiento y ciclo de vida de los clientes, identificando oportunidades de conversión, fidelización y crecimiento.
  5. Gestionar y optimizar las plataformas y herramientas de CRM.
  6. Definir, monitorear y analizar KPIs de CRM, generando insights y oportunidades de mejora.
  7. Coordinar campañas y acciones con los equipos de Marketing, Comercial y Customer Experience (CX).
  8. Optimizar customer journeys, buscando entregar una experiencia consistente y omnicanal.
  9. Gestionar presupuesto, agencias y proveedores asociados a la estrategia de CRM.

Requisitos

¿Qué buscamos?

  • Formación profesional en Ingeniería Comercial, Marketing, Publicidad o carrera afín.
  • Al menos 4 años de experiencia en CRM, marketing relacional, lifecycle marketing o áreas relacionadas.
  • Experiencia en automatización de campañas y gestión de plataformas CRM.
  • Manejo y análisis de datos orientado a la toma de decisiones.
  • Experiencia trabajando de manera transversal con equipos de Marketing, Comercial y/o CX.
  • Deseable experiencia en industrias como B2B, Retail, Energía o Tecnología.
