Propósito del cargo:

Liderar el desarrollo de los presupuestos para las Unidades de Negocio, velando por su precisión, exactitud y competitividad, buscando la mejora continua de los procesos asociados. Planificar, consolidar y reportar los resultados de ingresos, costos y tiempos de la UN, dando visibilidad a las partes interesadas del estado de cada uno y explicando las principales desviaciones.

Principales responsabilidades:

  • Realizar el Seguimiento Presupuestario con las áreas de Construcción, Ingeniería y Control de Gestión con el objetivo de mantener la trazabilidad del presupuesto e identificar las causas de las desviaciones.
  • Definir, mantener y evolucionar los criterios y estándares conceptuales de los presupuestos para la UN C&I, asegurando su alineación con los lineamientos de Copec Flux y actualizándolos ante cambios del negocio.
  • Gobernar el proceso de recopilación e integración de información de las áreas involucradas (Construcción, Ingeniería, Abastecimiento, Prevención de Riesgos, O&M, A&F).
  • Diseñar y manetener el modelo de reporting de resultados y desviaciones del portafolio de proyectos (ingresos, costos) contra POA, desde la fase de oferta y diseño hasta la construcción y puesta en marcha.
  • Liderar la planificación de forecast de ventas y capacity de los equipos, integrando objetivos actuales y futuros generando escenarios que permitan anticipar brechas potenciales.
  • Desarrollo de reportería de resultados hacia la Gerencia, primera línea y la compañía, consolidando los principales indicadores, avances y desafíos.
  • Liderar iniciativas de digitalización y automatización de los procesos presupuestarios y de reporting (herramientas, plantillas inteligentes, integraciones con ERP/sistemas de gestión), priorizando según impacto en eficiencia y calidad de la información.

Requisitos

  • Título Profesional de las carreras de Ingeniería Civil Industrial, Ingeniería Comercial o Ingeniería en Construcción, Ingeniería Control de Gestión, Contador Auditor o ingeniería afín con fuerte orientación financiera y de datos.
  • Deseable: Postgrado o diplomado en Finanzas Corporativas, Control de Gestión, Business Analytics o Evaluación de Proyectos.
  • Trayectoria general: Entre 4 a 6 años de experiencia laboral en áreas de Control de Gestión, Planificación Financiera (FP&A), Presupuestos o Finanzas de Proyectos.
  • Mínimo 2 a 3 años liderando procesos de presupuestación, reporting financiero/operacional y control de desviaciones.
  • Experiencia interactuando con áreas multidisciplinarias (Construcción, Ingeniería, Abastecimiento, O&M y Operaciones)
  • Sistemas y ERP: Manejo de sistemas ERP (SAP módulos FI/CO u homólogos).
  • Business Intelligence y Automatización: Dominio avanzado de herramientas de visualización y análisis de datos (Power BI, Tableau) y automatización de procesos (plantillas inteligentes, macros/Python, integraciones de sistemas).
  • Excel: Nivel avanzado (modelación financiera, tablas dinámicas, formulación compleja).
