Propósito del cargo:

Responsable de gestionar integralmente proyectos de instalación de sistemas solares y carga eléctrica residenciales, asegurando su correcta ejecución técnica, conexión, cumplimiento de los plazos, presupuesto y satisfacción del cliente. Coordinar equipos para garantizar calidad y eficiencia operativa.

Principales responsabilidades:

  • Dirigir todas las fases del proyecto, desde la identificación de requisitos y la definición del alcance, hasta la planificación detallada de actividades, recursos, tiempos y costos.
  • Monitorear y controlar rigurosamente el presupuesto y el cronograma, realizando los ajustes necesarios para asegurar el cumplimiento de objetivos de recursos, tiempo y calidad.
  • Gestionar el desempeño de las cuadrillas según SLA definidos y emitir amonestaciones formales en caso de incumplimientos técnicos o de servicio.
  • Participar en el proceso de licitación para instalaciones y coordinar eficientemente la asignación y gestión de recursos humanos y materiales para la ejecución.
  • Controlar y sistematizar la trazabilidad documental de cada instalación, elaborando reportes de progreso y KPIs de proyecto.
  • Participar en la mejora de flujos operacionales y en la implementación de herramientas digitales como CRM.
  • Asegurar la entrega de proyectos con cero subsanaciones, garantizando la calidad técnica desde la ejecución inicial para eliminar re-trabajos y costos adicionales.
  • Liderar la comunicación efectiva con clientes internos y externos, manteniendo a los actores informados y resolviendo desafíos de manera proactiva.
  • Identificar y gestionar los riesgos de los proyectos, asegurando el cumplimiento de estándares de calidad, seguridad, salud ocupacional y medio ambiente según la normativa.
  • Asegurar que los proyectos cumplan con las expectativas del cliente y requerimientos contractuales, garantizando una excelente experiencia de servicio

Requisitos

  • Título Profesional de Ingeniería Civil Industrial, Ingeniería Eléctrica, Ingeniería en Construcción.
  • Mínimo 5 años de trayectoria en el rubro de construcción e inmobiliaria.
  • Conocimientos o experiencia previa en el sector de energía solar.
  • Licencia de conducir clase B vigente. (Excluyente)
  • Experiencia en subcontratos
  • Al menos 2 años liderando equipos de trabajo
  • Dominio avanzado de Microsoft Office.
