En la Gerencia de Proyectos de Generación buscamos a nuestro/a próximo/a Site Manager – Utility Scale para liderar operaciones en Vallenar. Si te caracteriza la proactividad, la capacidad de organización y te apasiona el constante aprendizaje y desarrollo profesional, ¡esta oportunidad es para ti!

Propósito del cargo:

Liderar la ejecución integral de las operaciones de construcción en sitio, garantizando el cumplimiento estricto del alcance técnico y contractual, el cumplimiento de plazos y los más altos estándares de excelencia técnica y HSE. Serás responsable de la entrega protocolizada del proyecto, liderando al equipo de Inspección Técnica de Obra (ITO) y articulando el soporte transversal necesario para el éxito del proyecto.

Principales responsabilidades:

  • Dirigir al equipo de terreno, asegurando una ejecución técnica sin desviaciones respecto a la ingeniería aprobada y optimizando la productividad en terreno, durante toda la ejecución del proyecto.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento del cronograma de ejecución, gestionando tempranamente restricciones, interferencias operativas y rutas críticas para mitigar posibles retrasos.
  • Supervisar el desempeño, rendimiento y curva de dotación de las empresas contratistas.
  • Velar por el cumplimiento de las políticas y reglamentos de seguridad y calidad corporativas.
  • Garantizar el uso eficiente de los recursos en obra, evitando sobrecostos no previstos en la ejecución.
  • Asegurar la recopilación y entrega oportuna del Dossier de Calidad y toda la documentación requerida para el cierre integral del proyecto.
  • Coordinar con las áreas de soporte transversal para la solicitud, seguimiento y cumplimiento de requerimientos del proyecto.
  • Responsable de la gestión del libro de obras, estados de pago e informes de avance durante todo el periodo de ejecución de la obra.
  • Preparar informes diarios y semanales sobre el estado del sitio.

Requisitos

  • Titulado/a en Ingeniería Civil, Eléctrica, Mecánica, Construcción Civil o carrera afín.
  • Deseable diplomado en gestión de proyectos
  • Experiencia laboral de +10 años liderando obras
  • Al menos 5+ años de experiencia como Site Manager en proyectos fotovoltaicos sobre 50MW.
  • Experiencia en proyectos BESS de gran escala.
  • Dominio en interpretación de planos, normativa aplicable, control de cronogramas y procesos de comisionamiento.
  • Manejo en Herramientas de proyectos
  • Modalidad presencial 5x2 en terreno (Vallenar).
