Buscamos um(a) Analista de Recrutamento para conduzir vagas do início ao fim, com foco em hunting ativo, abordagem, entrevistas, organização e entrega.

Essa posição é para quem gosta de tocar a vaga, lidar com volume, ter responsabilidade sobre o processo e garantir qualidade mesmo com múltiplas demandas acontecendo ao mesmo tempo.

Principais responsabilidades

  • Conduzir processos de recrutamento de ponta a ponta;
  • Realizar hunting ativo de candidatos via LinkedIn (Recruiter ou LinkedIn Lite);
  • Construir e executar pesquisas booleanas eficientes;
  • Fazer abordagem ativa de candidatos (LinkedIn, e-mail, WhatsApp);
  • Conduzir entrevistas de triagem e validação;
  • Avaliar aderência técnica e comportamental ao perfil da vaga;
  • Elaborar relatórios claros, objetivos e bem organizados;
  • Atualizar controles internos de vagas e candidatos;
  • Trabalhar com mais de uma vaga simultaneamente, mantendo ritmo e qualidade;
  • Cumprir prazos, combinados e padrões de entrega.
  • Experiência prévia em recrutamento e seleção (consultoria, RH interno ou plataformas);
  • Vivência prática com hunting ativo;
  • Domínio de busca booleana no LinkedIn;
  • Boa comunicação escrita e verbal;
  • Alta atenção a detalhes (informações, relatórios, follow-ups);
  • Capacidade de trabalhar com autonomia e responsabilidade;
  • Organização para lidar com volume e múltiplas prioridades;
  • Perfil prático, ágil, curioso e com postura de dono.
  • Experiência com vagas de diferentes áreas será um diferencial
