The posting

Buscamos um profissional com formação em Ciências Contábeis e experiência em atividades relacionadas à contabilidade, controladoria e finanças, para integrar a equipe e apoiar os processos de gestão, controle e acompanhamento das informações econômico-financeiras.

A posição terá atuação bastante próxima às rotinas contábeis e financeiras, contribuindo para a organização das informações, acompanhamento de fechamentos, análise de resultados e suporte aos processos internos da área.

Principais responsabilidades

  • Apoiar os processos de fechamento contábil e financeiro.
  • Realizar e acompanhar conciliações contábeis e bancárias.
  • Analisar balancetes, DRE, balanço patrimonial e demais demonstrações financeiras.
  • Preparar informações e documentos necessários para os processos contábeis, fiscais e financeiros.
  • Acompanhar temas relacionados a impostos, obrigações fiscais e registros contábeis.
  • Elaborar controles, relatórios e análises para acompanhamento dos resultados da empresa.
  • Atuar em rotinas de contas a pagar, contas a receber, faturamento e fluxo de caixa.
  • Apoiar demandas administrativas, financeiras e societárias relacionadas à operação.
  • Interagir com parceiros e prestadores de serviços envolvidos nos processos contábeis, fiscais e financeiros.

Requisitos

  • Formação superior em Ciências Contábeis.
  • Experiência profissional em contabilidade, controladoria ou área financeira.
  • Conhecimento de fechamento contábil, conciliações, balancete, DRE, balanço e demonstrações financeiras.
  • Capacidade de elaboração e análise de informações contábeis e financeiras.
  • Conhecimento de empresas no regime de Lucro Real.
  • Vivência com rotinas de contas a pagar, contas a receber, fluxo de caixa, faturamento e conciliações bancárias.
  • Bons conhecimentos de Excel e familiaridade com ERP e sistemas de gestão financeira.
  • Perfil analítico, organizado, proativo e com facilidade para transitar entre diferentes atividades da área.
  • Identificar oportunidades de melhoria em processos, controles e rotinas da área.
