Sobre el rol

Buscamos un Analista para sumarse a la Oficina de Alineación, reportando directamente al Gerente de Estrategia y Alineación. El rol funciona como nodo analítico entre la estrategia y la ejecución: hace seguimiento de los proyectos integradores y las instancias de planificación de cada área, anticipa desvíos y prepara las decisiones que se toman en la mesa C-Level.

Es una posición de alta exposición, pensada para alguien que combine rigor analítico con criterio de negocio.

Lo que vas a hacer

  • Seguimiento de proyectos integradores. Monitoreás avance, dependencias e hitos de los proyectos transversales (Comercial, Créditos & SSFF, Sistemas, Logística, Finanzas), y traducís su estado en señales accionables para la dirección.
  • Panel de KPIs. Construís, mantenés y automatizás el tablero de indicadores del plan, dando al liderazgo visibilidad en tiempo real sobre el impacto de la transformación —comercial, operativo, crediticio, financiero y organizacional— y detectando desvíos antes de que escalen.
  • Coordinación del despliegue. Sos la función central que asegura alineación de alcance, enfoque e impacto entre múltiples proyectos en paralelo, a lo largo de todas las fases: diagnóstico, pre-lanzamiento, pilotos y roll-out.
  • Soporte a la toma de decisiones. Aportás metodología, análisis y problem solving para las decisiones clave del liderazgo, garantizando estándares uniformes en la lógica de cálculo de impactos.
  • Activación de palancas de alto impacto. Convertís insights de seguimiento en contramedidas concretas frente a desviaciones y cambios internos o externos.
  • Comunicación y gestión del cambio. Sumás a la estrategia de comunicación hacia stakeholders internos y externos y al programa de transformación cultural.
  • Presentaciones. Sintetizás análisis cuantitativos y financieros (P&L, cashflow, hipótesis de crecimiento) en materiales claros, directos y orientados al "so what" para audiencias C-Level.

Requisitos

Lo que buscamos

  • Licenciatura en Economía, Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería Industrial o afines.
  • Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en consultoría estratégica, transformación organizacional, PMO, corporate strategy, banca de inversión o roles analíticos en entornos exigentes.
  • Capacidad sólida de análisis cuantitativo y cualitativo, con comodidad para generar insight a partir de datos.
  • Habilidades de comunicación y presentación probadas, con experiencia exponiendo análisis complejos a audiencias ejecutivas de forma clara y concisa.
  • Pensamiento estructurado, proactividad y autonomía para moverse entre el detalle operativo y la lectura estratégica.
  • Curiosidad intelectual y criterio para desafiar el status quo, con altos estándares de integridad.
  • Conocimiento y uso de herramientas de IA (Agentic AI).
  • Dominio avanzado de Excel, Power BI, Tableau o Looker Studio.
  • Se valora experiencia en gestión de proyectos ágiles y en el uso de IA para potenciar productividad y calidad de entregables.
