Buscamos un/a Analista Semi Senior o Senior de Growth para sumarse al equipo de Servicios Financieros. El rol está enfocado en analizar el funnel de originación, adquisición y retención de clientes, y en ejecutar iniciativas concretas que mejoren la conversión y la performance de la cartera. Es una posición analítica y de ejecución, con exposición transversal a Producto, Marketing y Riesgo, y espacio para crecer hacia roles de mayor seniority.

Responsabilidades principales:

Análisis del funnel y ciclo de vida del cliente

  • Analizar el customer journey de originación y activación para identificar puntos de fricción y proponer mejoras concretas de conversión.
  • Colaborar con el equipo de Riesgo en el análisis de políticas de aprobación (segmentos, scores, variables), aportando la mirada de negocio y datos sobre oportunidades.
  • Monitorear la base de clientes activos y su recurrencia, generando reportes y alertas sobre el comportamiento del ciclo de vida.

Métricas, reporting y casos de negocio

  • Construir y mantener el seguimiento de KPIs clave del área (CAC, LTV, tasa de aprobación/activación, drop-off, conversión, ROI).
  • Procesar y cruzar volúmenes importantes de datos para detectar patrones, oportunidades e ineficiencias.
  • Elaborar business cases y recomendaciones fundamentadas en datos para apoyar la toma de decisiones del equipo y de management.

Experimentación

  • Diseñar, ejecutar y analizar pruebas A/B y experimentos de growth para validar hipótesis y priorizar mejoras.
  • Documentar aprendizajes y compartirlos con el equipo para escalar lo que funciona.

Trabajo colaborativo

  • Coordinar con Marketing el seguimiento de campañas digitales y aportar insights de performance para optimizarlas.
  • Interactuar con Producto y Riesgo para llevar adelante iniciativas conjuntas.

Requisitos

  • Experiencia: 2 a 5 años en posiciones de Growth, Product Analytics, Marketing Analítico o BI, preferentemente en Fintech, Banca o Servicios Financieros.
  • Conocimiento técnico: SQL (nivel intermedio/avanzado según seniority) y manejo de herramientas de BI y product analytics (Metabase, Amplitude, Mixpanel o similares). Deseable experiencia con plataformas de A/B testing.
  • Enfoque cuantitativo: Sólida capacidad analítica y foco en métricas de adquisición, activación y retención.
  • Habilidades interpersonales: Buena comunicación, orientación a negocio y capacidad de trabajar con equipos multidisciplinarios.
