Ihre Aufgaben

  • Planung und Koordination der Einsätze unserer Elektroteams unter Berücksichtigung von Kapazitäten, Qualifikationen und Terminen
  • Schnelle und eigenständige Anpassung der Einsatzplanung in deinem Verantwortungsbereich bei Ausfällen, Engpässen oder kurzfristigen Änderungen
  • Klare Priorisierung laufender Aufträge und anstehender Aufgaben in Abstimmung mit der Betriebsleitung
  • Prüfung der Materialverfügbarkeit sowie der erforderlichen Unterlagen vor der verbindlichen Terminierung
  • Abstimmung mit Einkauf, Lager, Projektleitung und Kunden zu Einsatzterminen, fehlendem Material und offenen Fragen
  • Nachverfolgung von Aufträgen, Terminen und offenen Leistungen
  • Frühzeitiges Erkennen von Engpässen und Erarbeiten praktikabler Lösungen
  • Unterstützung der Betriebsleitung im operativen Tagesgeschäft und bei der Umsetzung vereinbarter Maßnahmen
  • Pflege von Einsatzplänen, Auftragsdaten und Dokumentationen im ERP- oder Dispositionssystem

Ihr Profil

  • Erfahrung in der Disposition, Einsatzplanung oder technischen Auftragsabwicklung
  • Ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent und ein gutes Gespür für Prioritäten
  • Entscheidungsstärke und die Fähigkeit, auch unter Zeitdruck fundiert und zügig zu handeln
  • Selbstständige, vorausschauende und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Klare Kommunikation, Verbindlichkeit und Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Technisches Grundverständnis; Erfahrung im Elektrohandwerk oder Photovoltaikbereich ist von Vorteil
  • Sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Planungssystemen und den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen
