Manage and lead sales and purchasing teams to develop valuable tenders and negotiate contracts with clients in China. Train teams to customize customer requirements and build strong client relationships to drive business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and organize sales and purchasing teams to develop mutually valuable tenders with local and overseas clients
  • Negotiate contracts and clarify terms effectively with clients in China to secure agreements
  • Apply knowledge of Chemical Engineering principles to support business operations and client needs
  • Train sales and production teams to customize products and services according to customer requirements
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to foster long-term business partnerships
