The posting

Een veilige werf ontstaat niet uit regels alleen. Het begint bij iemand die mensen meeneemt, risico’s ziet vóór ze problemen worden en veiligheid vertaalt naar de dagelijkse realiteit op de werf.

Als Preventieadviseur bij Cordeel ben jij die persoon. Je staat dicht bij de projecten, praat met ploegen, denkt mee met projectleiders en werfleiders en zorgt ervoor dat veiligheid geen verplichting is, maar iets waar iedereen achter staat.

Je werkt voor onze site in Temse en zal je inzetten voor ons project Beltowers.

Wat je gaat doen

  • Meebouwen aan een proactief veiligheidsbeleid op onze werf Beltowers
  • Projectteams ondersteunen en adviseren rond veiligheid en welzijn op het werk
  • Nieuwe medewerkers onthalen en hen wegwijs maken in de veiligheidsregels op de werf
  • Risicoanalyses en TRA’s opstellen en die van onderaannemers beoordelen
  • Regelmatig werfinspecties uitvoeren en verbeterpunten signaleren
  • Incidenten en ongevallen onderzoeken en zorgen dat we eruit leren
  • Veiligheidsmaatregelen opvolgen en zorgen dat acties ook echt worden uitgevoerd
  • Een actief teamlid binnen de QHSE-afdeling die onze interne processen mee verbetert.

Je werkt nauw samen met projectteams en rapporteert aan de QHSE Manager.

Wie we zoeken

Jij bent iemand die graag tussen de mensen staat. Iemand die veiligheid niet oplegt, maar bespreekbaar maakt en laat leven op de werf.

Je brengt mee:

  • Een diploma Preventieadviseur niveau 2
  • Bij voorkeur een bachelor bouw of ervaring in een productieomgeving
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om mensen mee te krijgen
  • Een praktische, oplossingsgerichte mindset
  • Kennis van Nederlands. Frans of Engels is mooi meegenomen.
