The posting

Sterke technische projecten hebben sterke mensen op de werf nodig. Mensen die overzicht houden, snel schakelen en teams in beweging krijgen.

Voor onze afdeling Building Technics in Wommelgem zoeken we een Site Supervisor Elektriciteit die mee bouwt aan elektrische installaties binnen uitdagende projecten in heel Vlaanderen, van kantoorgebouwen, openbare en industriële gebouwen tot ziekenhuizen, laboratoria, logistieke sites, onderwijsgebouwen, datacenters en cultuur- en ontspanningsprojecten.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Organiseren en coördineren van elektrische werkzaamheden op de werf
  • Aansturen van techniekers en onderaannemers
  • Opstellen en opvolgen van dag- en weekplanningen
  • Bestellen van materialen en afstemmen met leveranciers
  • Bewaken van kwaliteit, veiligheid en timing
  • Oplossen van technische problemen op de werf
  • Overleggen met de Project Manager en Operational Leader
  • Zorgen voor duidelijke communicatie met klanten en partners
  • Mee bouwen aan een veilige en efficiënte werkomgeving

Wie zoeken we?

  • Minstens 5 jaar ervaring als werfleider of Site Supervisor op grootschalige werven
  • Sterke technische kennis van elektrische installaties
  • Organisatorisch sterk en vlot in het bewaren van overzicht
  • Ervaring met het aansturen van mensen op de werf
  • Afstanden vormen voor jou geen probleem; je werkt op werven verspreid over heel Vlaanderen
  • Stressbestendig en flexibel wanneer prioriteiten veranderen
  • Hands-on, oplossingsgericht en verantwoordelijk ingesteld
  • Je zoekt bewust een praktische, werfgerichte rol binnen een arbeidersstatuut
  • Veiligheid en kwaliteit zijn voor jou vanzelfsprekend
