  • Design, develop, and maintain custom integrations between Jira, Asana, and other tools in our development and business stack (e.g., GitHub, GitLab, Kubernetes, Slack).
  • Use REST APIs and backend programming (Python and/or Go) to automate workflows and improve how systems work together.
  • Monitor and optimize platform performance and scalability. Collaborate with infrastructure teams on uptime, backups, upgrades, and efficient operations.
  • Oversee user provisioning, permissions, and security audits across platforms to maintain compliance and governance.
  • Establish standards, guardrails, and best practices across productivity platforms while enabling self-service for teams.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports across Jira, Asana, and Confluence that give leadership and teams visibility.
  • Document workflows, configurations, and policies in Confluence to support knowledge sharing and consistent adoption.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation as an escalation point of contact for the IT Support & Operations team.
  • Train teams across the organization on best practices and effective use of productivity platforms.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience administering Jira Cloud and Confluence Cloud, including advanced configuration, permissions, automation, and reporting.
  • Hands-on experience administering and configuring Asana (projects, portfolios, reporting, governance).
  • Strong knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and how to support them in work management tools.
  • Proven experience developing custom integrations and automations using REST APIs and backend programming (Python and/or Go).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps toolchains (GitHub, GitLab, Kubernetes, Slack).
  • Strong skills in security hardening, compliance, and governance across multiple SaaS platforms.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with experience supporting both technical and non-technical teams.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code and automation frameworks (Terraform, Ansible).
  • Atlassian certifications (e.g., ACP-610, ACP-120) or Asana certifications.
  • Background in enterprise IT or business systems administration.
  • Experience administering other enterprise collaboration services, such as Google Workspace, Slack, and Zoom.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
