Se você se identifica com nossos princípios, essa oportunidade de Coordenador de FP&A pode ser sua.Estamos em busca de profissionais para atuar como em Curionópolis - PA.Responsabilidades e atribuições - Sustentar a equipe nas atividades de controladoria de Custos e de Capex, mediante a elaboração de um modelo de acompanhamento das entregas;- Contribuir de forma ativa para o desenvolvimento da equipe por meio do aprimoramento e condução das atividades a serem realizadas; - Garantir as entregas no prazo através do acompanhamento dos processos e rotinas diárias, mensais e anuais; - Garantir as entregas no prazo e qualidade dos relatórios finais por meio do acompanhamento do fechamento contábil mensal; - Apoiar na gestão de Opex e Capex por meio das interações constantes com a operação e áreas de suporte; - Auxiliar da rotina periódica do fluxo operacional através da manutenção e supervisão do reflexo na estrutura de custo/contábil; - Garantir o suporte a liderança do negócio por meio de distribuição e estruturação dos resultados dos custos de produção, impacto no estoque e CPV, através de demonstrativos e gráficos estratificando as principais variações; - Controlar custo fixo e variável, aplicando método matricial e análise estatística, por meio da interação com as áreas em ações para redução estrutural através de análises comparativas real x orçado; - Garantir a condução de rotina de gerenciamento de resultados das operações por meio de execução de reuniões regulares; - Assistir a direção por meio dos elaboração dos reportes gerenciais de custos operacionais; - Assegurar os resultados da área por meio da gestão dos indicadores chaves de performance (KPI) da equipe; - Apoiar no reporte contábil / financeiro mensal (Reporting Pack) mediante coordenação das entregas das informações de fechamento; - Apoiar as análises de viabilidade econômica de projetos mediante levantamento de dados e projeções;- Apoiar o gerenciamento de mudanças mediante análises dos processos, planejamento e implantação de melhorias de eficiência nos mesmos.Requisitos e qualificações

Requisitos obrigatórios:

Ensino superior completo em Administração, Ciências Contábeis ou áreas afins;

Pós-graduação ou MBA;

Inglês avançado/fluente;

Experiência mínima de 10 anos em Controladoria.

Requisitos desejáveis:

Conhecimento em Sistema ERP, preferencialmente TOTVS;

Conhecimento em gestão de Custos e Capex;

Conhecimento em Office, em especial Excel;

Conhecimento em Business Inteligence.
