Estamos buscando um(a) Coordenador(a) de FP&A para atuar de forma estratégica na conexão entre finanças, planejamento e negócio, apoiando a Diretoria na tomada de decisões e na construção dos resultados da organização.

Principais desafios:

  • Liderar o processo de orçamento, forecast e planejamento financeiro;
  • Coordenar análises de resultados, desvios, indicadores e principais drivers do negócio;
  • Desenvolver cenários, projeções e estudos de viabilidade para suporte à tomada de decisão;
  • Estruturar e aprimorar indicadores e relatórios gerenciais para a Diretoria;
  • Transformar dados financeiros e operacionais em insights e recomendações estratégicas;
  • Atuar de forma próxima às áreas de negócio, promovendo visão financeira e foco em resultados;
  • Identificar oportunidades, riscos e impactos financeiros, contribuindo para a definição de estratégias;
  • Liderar e desenvolver a equipe de FP&A, garantindo qualidade, agilidade e consistência das análises.

Perfil que buscamos: Profissional com visão estratégica, forte capacidade analítica, visão de negócio e habilidade de comunicação com diferentes níveis de liderança, capaz de transformar números em decisões e gerar valor para a organização.

O QUE VOCÊ PRECISA PARA SE CANDIDATAR

  • Superior em Administração, Economia, Engenharia ou Ciências Contábeis + Pós em Finanças/Controladoria.
  • Experiência em FP&A, Planejamento Financeiro, Controladoria Gerencial em indústria/distribuição com filiais ou Finanças Corporativas;
  • Vivência com orçamento, forecast, fechamento financeiro, P&L e análise de indicadores;
  • Experiência comprovada montando orçamento e forecast sem depender de consultoria;
  • Excel avançado;
  • Power BI;
  • Inglês Fluente;
  • ERP TOTVS;
  • Desejável certificação CFP.
  • Atendimento as demandas da matriz e filiais.
  • Horário: Segunda a Quinta 8h às 18h/Sex 8h às 17h.
