Shift Pattern: Friday, Saturday & Sunday, 5:30am to 6:30pm Salary: £26,600.00 + 28% shift allowance (£34,048.00 total) + bonus Corin is a global orthopaedics company based in Cirencester, Gloucestershire, manufacturing innovative hip and knee implants that help improve patient outcomes worldwide. With over 500 employees across seven sites, we're committed to quality, precision and innovation. We're launching an exciting new shift and are looking for motivated individuals to join our growing team. This role offers an excellent work-life balance, with Monday to Thursday free every week.

As a Manufacturing CNC Machinist, you will: 

Set up and operate CNC machines across multiple processes Carry out in-process quality checks to ensure right-first-time production Follow all health & safety procedures and maintain a safe, organised workspace Identify and report faults, risks, and non-conforming parts Work to production schedules to meet delivery targets Maintain accurate documentation in line with SOPs Support and guide team members where needed Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives Monitor tooling, consumables and equipment performance Promote lean principles and efficient ways of working

What we're looking for;

CNC Machinist with experience setting and operating CNC machines in a similar environment Good standard of secondary education, ideally including GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent) Accountable, quick to learn, approachable and a strong team player Able to read and interpret technical and engineering drawings Keen interest in new technologies, machinery and learn manufacturing concepts Willingness to learn and follow company procedures (SOPs, WIs, STMs) Committed to following Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) in daily work

 

To support your onboarding, you'll complete an initial Monday to Friday training programme. Training shifts can be tailored to suit your experience and circumstances:

Earlies: 5:30am to 2:00pm Mon-Thu, 5:30am to 11:00am Fri Lates: 1:45pm to 10:15pm Mon-Thu, 10:45am to 4:15pm Fri Days: 8:30am to 5:00pm Mon-Thu, 8:30am to 4:30pm Fri Nights: 10:00pm to 5:45am Mon-Thu, 4:00pm to 8:50pm Fri
