ATIVIDADES:

  • Apoiar as rotinas de Contas a Pagar, realizando conferência de documentos, notas fiscais, contratos, acordos, vencimentos e demais informações necessárias para programação dos pagamentos.
  • Auxiliar na conferência dos lançamentos de compras e despesas no ERP financeiro, verificando informações como classificação, valor e vencimento.
  • Apoiar o registro de previsões, provisões, baixas e demais lançamentos financeiros no ERP, de acordo com os procedimentos definidos pela área.
  • Preparar e atualizar relatórios de contas a pagar, contemplando compromissos em aberto, pagamentos previstos e eventuais pendências. Auxiliar na identificação e comunicação às áreas responsáveis sobre cobranças não identificadas, documentos pendentes ou divergências que impeçam a realização dos pagamentos.
  • Apoiar as rotinas de conciliação bancária, realizando a comparação entre extratos bancários, registros no ERP, pagamentos e recebimentos.
  • Auxiliar no registro das movimentações constantes nos extratos bancários, incluindo recebimentos, transferências entre contas e demais movimentações financeiras.
  • Apoiar as rotinas de Contas a Receber, incluindo acompanhamento de valores em aberto, identificação de recebimentos, baixas e atualização dos controles financeiros.
  • Auxiliar na emissão e controle de recibos relacionados a contratos, mensalidades, aluguéis, permutas e demais recebimentos. Apoiar o processamento e a conferência dos retornos de cobrança bancária e demais arquivos de integração financeira.
  • Auxiliar na conciliação e no controle dos recebimentos realizados por cartões de crédito, meios eletrônicos e demais adquirentes.
  • Manter atualizadas planilhas e controles gerenciais relacionados a recebimentos, pagamentos, empréstimos, contratos, acordos e demais operações financeiras.
  • Apoiar os controles financeiros relacionados a contratos de permuta, incluindo registros, utilização dos créditos, recebimentos e baixas no sistema.
  • Auxiliar na conciliação das contas de aplicações financeiras, empréstimos e demais operações de tesouraria, sob orientação da equipe responsável.
  • Apoiar o controle financeiro dos aluguéis das lojas e demais receitas contratuais, incluindo provisões, recebimentos e baixas.
  • Organizar e conferir documentos e relatórios financeiros destinados à Contabilidade e demais áreas internas.
  • Auxiliar na conferência dos valores e relatórios provenientes da Central de Sócios, bilheteria, vendas pela internet e demais pontos de arrecadação.
  • Apoiar os controles relacionados a adiantamentos de viagem e outros adiantamentos, incluindo organização dos documentos e conferência das prestações de contas.
  • Auxiliar nas rotinas financeiras relacionadas a dias de jogos e eventos, incluindo conferência de vendas, fechamento de caixas e validação de relatórios.
  • Apoiar a emissão e conferência de notas fiscais de venda das operações de A&B, Catering, camarotes e demais unidades de negócio.
  • Apoiar as atividades de conciliação, lançamentos, baixas e controles de tesouraria das filiais e subsidiárias.
  • Organizar documentos, arquivos e informações financeiras, contribuindo para a manutenção dos controles internos e o cumprimento dos procedimentos da área.
  • Apoiar a equipe financeira em atividades administrativas e projetos da área, desenvolvendo gradualmente conhecimento sobre Contas a Pagar, Contas a Receber e Tesouraria, sempre sob orientação dos profissionais responsáveis.

O QUE BUSCAMOS EM VOCÊ:

  • Ensino Superior cursando em Gestão Financeira, Ciências Contábeis, Ciências Econômicas, Administração ou áreas correlatas.
  • Perfil analítico e organizado;
  • Boa capacidade de comunicação e trabalho em equipe;
  • Proatividade e disposição para aprender;
  • Conhecimento em Excel;
