Apoiar as rotinas operacionais e administrativas do departamento financeiro sobre uma supervisão, auxiliando na gestão de contas a pagar e a receber, faturamento, lançamentos de despesas financeiras, registros de recebimentos e pagamentos e elaboração de relatórios gerenciais, com foco em aprendizado e desenvolvimento contínuo.

· Contas a Pagar: Auxiliar sobre supervisão no lançamento de notas fiscais, boletos e faturas no sistema ERP; conferir datas de vencimento e organizar documentos para pagamento.

· Contas a Receber: Apoiar sobre supervisão o monitoramento do recebimento de clientes, emissão de boletos/faturas e auxílio nos registros de recebimentos.

· Conciliação Bancária: Auxiliar sobre supervisão na checagem diária dos extratos bancários com os lançamentos do sistema interno, registrar os pagamentos realizados, identificando e sinalizando divergências.

· Suporte ao Fluxo de Caixa: Ajudar na alimentação de planilhas e relatórios de acompanhamento de entradas e saídas diárias.

· Atendimento e Relacionamento: Auxiliar na prestação do suporte básico a fornecedores e clientes internos/externos referente a comprovantes, pagamentos e dúvidas financeiras.

· Organização de Documentos: Ajudar a manter o arquivo digital de comprovantes, contratos e documentos contábeis/financeiros organizados.

· Apoio em Relatórios: Auxiliar sobre supervisão na compilação de dados para relatórios gerenciais (inadimplência, orçamentos, dashboards) e indicadores da área em Excel/Power BI.

· Agendamento de Pagamentos: Auxiliar e aprender sobre supervisão o cadastro de pagamentos nos portais bancários (PIX, TED, boletos, código de barras) no preparo das remessas financeiras para aprovação da gestão.

· Gestão de Adiantamentos: Auxiliar no acompanhamento e controle dos pedidos de adiantamentos realizados a fornecedores e reembolsos de viagens/despesas corporativas de colaboradores.

· Faturamento e Emissão: Auxiliar sobre supervisão no processo de faturamento, emissão de boletos bancários, notas fiscais de venda/serviço e envio aos clientes dentro do prazo.

· Baixa de Recebimentos: Auxiliar sobre supervisão a realizar a baixa manual ou importação de arquivos de retorno bancário (CNAB) para identificar e dar baixa nos títulos liquidados no sistema ERP.

· Análise e Limite de Crédito: Auxiliar, aprender e dar suporte na checagem de documentos para análise de crédito de novos clientes (consultas ao Serasa/SPC, histórico financeiro).

· Renegociação e Acordos: Apoiar sobre supervisão a elaboração de propostas de parcelamento ou renegociação de dívidas de clientes inadimplentes sob orientação da liderança.
