About the role: We're looking for a Financial Analyst to join our FP&A team. Reporting to the Manager, FP&A, you'll own forecasting and reporting for partner departments, build key inputs to our monthly board pack, and act as the day-to-day finance partner to department heads. This is a hands-on, driver-based modelling role suited to someone who wants exposure to SaaS/recurring-revenue metrics (ARR, NRR, GRR) and cross-functional finance work. What You'll Do
Support the annual budgeting and department forecast processes — gather business-partner inputs, update models, and flag variances above threshold Support Professional Services reporting — track utilization, backlog, and POC revenue, and assist with the PS forecast and capacity plan Prepare board pack components, including variance tables and KPI charts Provide accrual inputs to accounting and support post-close flux analysis Reconcile actuals to forecast each month-end Act as finance partner to a department head, including attending the monthly BVA (budget-vs-actual) analysis meeting Assist with scenario and sensitivity analysis under the Manager's direction
What We're Looking For
Comfort building and maintaining driver-based financial models Ability to write clear variance commentary, not just build the variance table Strong operating discipline — reporting calendars, version control, and attention to detail SaaS or recurring-revenue background preferred; familiarity with ARR, NRR, GRR, and ARR-to-billings-to-GAAP-revenue bridges is a plus Familiarity with the Professional Services function at a SaaS company is a plus Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field 1–3 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a related analytical role Advanced Excel skills; experience with a budgeting/forecasting platform (e.g., Pigment, Drivetrain, Vena) is a plus
