In ons eigen HR team is een plekje vrij. Jij bent de ‘motor’ van ons bedrijf en zorgt voor een soepel proces achter de schermen. Een cruciale functie zodat de personeelsadministratie van 1500 medewerkers op rolletjes verloopt.

Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers en leidinggevenden en een onmisbare schakel binnen Team HR. Benaderbaar, nauwkeurig en oplossingsgericht: zo maak jij elke dag het verschil voor collega’s én Cornelissen.

Jouw rol als HR Support Medewerker

  • 1e aanspreekpunt voor vragen van medewerkers en leidinggevenden over algemene HR zaken
  • Administratieve verwerking van in-, door- en uitstroom
  • Be- en afhandelen van taken in AFAS, zoals declaraties en personeelsmutaties
  • Be- en afhandelen van HR mail en binnenkomende post
  • Contact met externe instanties zoals UWV en verzuimverzekeraars
  • Operationele ondersteuning HR Businesspartners en afd. Recruitment
  • Procesbewaking bij personeelsaangelegenheden zoals jubilea, pensionado, geboorte etc.
  • Optimalisatie van HR processen & HR systemen
  • Ondersteunen en input leveren aan HR jaarplan

Dit krijg je als HR Support Medewerker van ons

  • Een salaris conform CAO TLN schaal E, €2791 tot €3532 bruto per 4 weken (13x per jaar)
  • Een dienstverband van minimaal 32 uur
  • 24 vakantiedagen en 3,5 ADV-dagen (op fulltime basis)
  • Standplaats Beuningen

Bij Cornelissen draait het om verantwoordelijkheid, samenwerken en dingen goed regelen. Jij bent nauwkeurig, servicegericht en weet wanneer je moet meebewegen en wanneer je moet begrenzen.

Wat we verder belangrijk vinden:

  • MBO/HBO werk- en denkniveau
  • Ervaring met AFAS is een pré
  • Goede beheersing van Nederlands en Engels (spreken en schrijven)
  • Doorzettingsvermogen, flexibiliteit en een gezonde dosis humor
  • Je kunt helder communiceren: ja als het kan, nee als het moet
  • Je woont in (de omgeving van) Nijmegen/Beuningen
