The posting

Als Ritbegeleider op de locatie in Tilburg speel je een belangrijke rol in het dagelijks transport van zo’n 160 vrachtwagens naar Albert Heijn, Jumbo, Coolblue & Kruidvat filialen en distributiecentra. Jij zorgt ervoor dat de schappen in de supermarkt gevuld zijn door ritten te monitoren, problemen op te lossen, en afwijkingen te verwerken in verschillende systemen.

Je bent het 1e aanspreekpunt voor chauffeurs, charters, en klanten en werkt samen met je team om de dagelijkse uitvoering soepel te laten verlopen. Bij onverwachte situaties pas je de planning aan om verstoringen te beperken. Daarnaast zorg je voor naleving van wet- en regelgeving en draag je actief bij aan de hoge klanttevredenheid en kwaliteitstandaarden.

Je taken en verantwoordelijkheden zijn o.a.:

  • 1e aanspreekpunt voor chauffeurs en charters: Je bent de eerste persoon waar chauffeurs en charters terecht kunnen met vragen of problemen over hun ritten.
  • Monitoren en bijsturen: Je houdt continu de lopende ritten in de gaten, stuurt bij waar nodig en lost problemen op. Afwijkingen registreer je nauwkeurig.
  • Correcte registratie en administratie: Je zorgt ervoor dat de ritgegevens goed worden verwerkt voor de centrale administratie.
  • Klanten informeren: Je houdt klanten op de hoogte van afwijkingen en de status van hun transporten volgens de afgesproken klantvoorwaarden.
  • Afwikkeling van bumpermeldingen: Deze meldingen handel je af en biedt ze ter goedkeuring aan bij het wagenparkbeheer.
  • Naleving van wet- en regelgeving: Je ziet toe op de naleving van de rijtijdenwet om veiligheid op de weg te bevorderen en boetes te voorkomen.

Daarnaast:

  • Inschaling salaris afhankelijk van ervaring: Schaal F €2805 - € 3413 bruto per 4 weken
  • Werktijden van: 05:00u – 14:00u / 11:00u – 20:00u / 08:00u - 17:00u. Het accent ligt op de vroege en late dienst. Om toerbeurt werk je ook een dienst in het weekend, maar zeker niet ieder weekend. Deze dag wordt door de week, in overleg, gecompenseerd.
  • ‘Jong Cornelissen’; een community waarbij gezelligheid in combinatie met een activiteit over een aansprekend onderwerp ieder kwartaal in de agenda staat;
  • 24 vakantiedagen en 3,5 ADV dagen;
  • Ruimte voor persoonlijke ontwikkeling met een budget voor opleidingen en trainingen.
  • MBO+ werk- en denkniveau
  • Relevante ervaring in transport is een pré
  • Digitale vaardigheden: je maakt je systemen snel eigen
  • Analytisch denkvermogen: je kunt problemen vanuit verschillende invalshoeken benaderen
  • Sterke communicatievaardigheden: je schakelt makkelijk tussen chauffeurs en klanten
  • Bereidheid om te werken in wisselende diensten (inclusief feestdagen en weekenden)
  • Talen: Nederlands en Engels of Pools en Engels
