Als HR Stagiair krijg je een kijkje in de keuken van een dynamisch HR-team dat elke dag klaarstaat voor meer dan 1500 collega’s in heel Nederland. Jij bent de verbindende schakel achter de schermen: je zorgt dat nieuwe collega’s goed starten, contracten op tijd verlengd worden, verjaardagen niet vergeten worden én dat interne communicatie soepel verloopt.

Waar ga je aan werken?

Geen dag is hetzelfde! Je houdt je bezig met:

  • Het in dienst melden van nieuwe medewerkers;
  • Het verwerken van contractverlengingen, salarisverhogingen, uitdienstmeldingen en andere mutaties;
  • Het regelen van verjaardagskaartjes en kleine attenties;
  • Interne communicatie via mail en telefoon;
  • Meehelpen aan het verbeteren van processen binnen HR;
  • Deelnemen aan een HR project
