En DK Management Services S.A. estamos en la búsqueda de un Auxiliar de Mercadeo para nuestros Centros Comerciales. Buscamos a un profesional comprometido con la excelencia en la Atención al Cliente.

Como Auxiliar de Mercadeo, tu rol principal será apoyar e incentivar acciones para generar tráfico en el centro comercial. Además, tendrás la responsabilidad de seguir el plan de canje del centro comercial, realizar canjes, sellados y visados de facturas en promociones, coordinar sorteos con el departamento legal y marketing, y colaborar con el área de Medios en la generación de contenido digital para nuestros clientes.

Además, serás el encargado de atender a clientes internos, externos e integrados, resolver sus inquietudes, generar comunicados informativos, realizar encuestas de satisfacción, dar seguimiento a clientes para eventos y talleres, gestionar contenido en nuestros canales de difusión, renovar contratos de parqueaderos, manejar el envío de valijas, recibir quejas y realizar perifoneo.
