Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un Analista de acreditación bilingüe.

Propósito de puesto: Brindar soporte técnico y operativo en los procesos de acreditación, reacreditación y mantenimiento de acreditaciones internacionales, asegurando el adecuado análisis, consolidación y traducción de la información y evidencias requeridas, así como la consistencia y trazabilidad de la documentación.

Funciones principales;

  • Traducir al idioma inglés, textos y/o documentos físicos, virtuales y/o de acceso público, requeridos para los procesos de acreditación, para asegurar el cumplimiento de criterios y estándares.
  • Revisar y comparar buenas prácticas de acreditación en instituciones pares a nivel internacional para identificar oportunidades de mejora en el cumplimiento de estándares de acreditación.
  • Revisar e interpretar los estándares de los modelos de acreditación nacionales e internacionales, así como la normativa institucional, para el desarrollo de los planes de trabajo y la implementación de estos procesos.
  • Gestionar y dar seguimiento a las actividades, entregables, información y evidencias de los procesos de acreditación, reacreditación y mantenimiento, brindando orientación técnica a las áreas responsables y alertando oportunamente sobre riesgos, observaciones o pendientes.
  • Mantener organizados y actualizados los repositorios de información vinculados con los procesos de acreditación, asegurando el adecuado control de versiones, disponibilidad, trazabilidad y resguardo de la documentación.
  • Capacitarse en el uso de las plataformas y/o herramientas digitales de las agencias de acreditación para el registro oportuno de los expedienteos y/o documentos requeridos.
  • Analizar información e indicadores vinculados con los estándares de acreditación, identificando desviaciones, observaciones y oportunidades de mejora que sirvan de soporte para la toma de decisiones y la elaboración de respuestas institucionales.
  • Brindar soporte documental durante las evaluaciones y visitas de acreditación, presenciales o virtuales, incluyendo la preparación y organización de evidencias, atención de requerimientos y seguimiento de observaciones inclusive post-visita.
  • Participar en reuniones, webinars, talleres y capacitaciones vinculadas con los modelos y agencias de acreditación, con la finalidad de mantenerse actualizado en los estándares y criterios de acreditación y su evaluación.
  • Guardar estricta confidencialidad de la información a la que tenga acceso durante el desempeño de sus funciones, garantizando su integridad y adecuado tratamiento.

Requisitos

  • Bachiller en Ciencias, Educación, Administración o carreras afines.
  • Experiencia laboral de 1 a 3 años, de preferencia en funciones relacionadas con acreditación, gestión documental, análisis de información o procesos académicos.
  • Inglés avanzado (indispensable).
  • Experiencia en traducción español–inglés.
  • Manejo de Excel a nivel intermedio.
