Nos encontramos en búsqueda de un/a: Analista de Clima y Cultura.

Misión: Gestionar y acompañar el diagnóstico, medición y despliegue del plan de clima y cultura organizacional, a través del diseño y ejecución de iniciativas y experiencias que fortalezcan los principios culturales, la integración y la propuesta de valor al colaborador.

Funciones:

  • Diseñar, desplegar y analizar los mecanismos de medición y escucha del colaborador (encuestas de clima, pulsos, focus groups), identificando patrones, causas raíz y prioridades, y traduciéndolos en insights y recomendaciones accionables.
  • Dar seguimiento al impacto de los planes de acción derivados de las mediciones de clima y cultura, y contribuir al diagnóstico de cultura (mapeo de percepciones, brechas y prioridades) como insumo analítico principal para el plan de transformación cultural.
  • Diseñar y ejecutar iniciativas, dinámicas y experiencias basadas en evidencia que fortalezcan la integración, el reconocimiento, la colaboración y la vivencia de los principios culturales alineados al plan de transformación cultural.
  • Coordinar y ejecutar el calendario de actividades de clima y cultura (cronograma, presupuesto, proveedores, logística), priorizando cumplimiento de indicadores de tiempo y calidad.
  • Coordinar con las áreas de Comunicaciones Internas y Eventos el acompañamiento, difusión y cobertura de las iniciativas de cultura.
  • Ingresar solicitudes de pedido en SAP, coordinar con proveedores y gestionar el proceso de pago asociado a los programas del área.
  • Desempeñar otras funciones que se le asigne dentro del ámbito laboral.

Requisitos

  • Bachiller en Comunicaciones, Psicología, Administración o afines.
  • Experiencia mínima de 2 años en clima organizacional, cultura, experiencia del colaborador o comunicaciones internas, idealmente con exposición a diseño y análisis de encuestas.
  • Dominio del inglés, a nivel intermedio.
  • Manejo de Microsoft office, nivel intermedio.
