  • Gestiona cuentas en mora con base en metodologías de gestión de cobros, ubica a los clientes ayudándose con la información proporcionada en el sistema para cada cuenta y adicionar esfuerzos investigativos, busca alternativas que ayudan a lograr el contacto con el cliente y/o fiadores.
  • Verifica información de clientes y hace las actualizaciones en el sistema de los nuevos datos obtenidos durante la visita, teléfonos adicionales, nueva dirección, nuevos contactos de referencias, etc.)
  • Obtiene en las visitas realizadas la mayor cantidad posible de pagos, promesas de pago y datos de contacto con el cliente.
  • Confirma con el cliente la razón de mora con fechas específicas.
  • Analiza la cuenta antes de salir a realizar la visita con el fin de realizar una buena negociación.
  • Ofrece al cliente opciones para regular la cuenta según las herramientas de mitigación de riesgo que mantenemos en la empresa.
  • Entrega cartas de cobros (previamente autorizadas).
  • Durante el transcurso del día debe hacer los depósitos en efectivo en la sucursal que le quede más cerca con el fin de no acumular dinero en efectivo.
  • Entrega diariamente al supervisor al final de la jornada la libreta de cobros y el Field de visitas y/o cobros.
  • Responsable de la entrega y seguimiento de ordenes de descuento que le sean asignadas por su supervisor directo.
  • Retiro y deposito en nuestras sucursales de las transferencias bancarias efectuadas por los clientes en los diferentes bancos de la localidad.

Requisitos

  • Licencia de conducir.
  • Poseer auto y/o moto propia.
  • Experiencia previa mínima de 6 meses en cobros a clientes en calle
  • Buen servicio al cliente y comunicación efectiva
  • Conocimiento general del manejo de una computadora
  • Orientación a metas y resultados
  • Actitud positiva y compromiso de contribuir
