En Corporación El Sol nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un Gestor de Cobros para unirse a nuestro equipo en Juan Díaz, Panamá, Panamá. En este puesto, serás responsable de gestionar los cobros de los préstamos personales otorgados a nuestros clientes de manera eficiente y efectiva.

El candidato ideal será una persona proactiva, con habilidades de negociación y comunicación, capaz de interactuar de manera cordial pero firme con nuestros clientes para lograr el cumplimiento de los pagos en tiempo y forma.

Además, buscamos a alguien que tenga la capacidad de trabajar bajo presión, manteniendo un alto nivel de atención al detalle y organización en su día a día laboral. Será fundamental contar con habilidades para resolver conflictos de manera efectiva y buscar alternativas en caso de situaciones adversas en el proceso de cobro.

Requisitos

  • 6 meses de experiencia realizando ajustes y gestiones de cobro por teléfono a cuentas en atrasos
  • Orientado a servicio al cliente y resultados
  • Buenas destrezas de comunicación oral y persuasión
  • Habilidad para trabajar bajo presión
  • Capacidad de persuasión para confirmar promesas de pago vía telefónica
  • Destrezas en computadora
