At Prentice Orthodontics, exceptional orthodontic care has always been personal. Since founding the practice in 2006, Dr. Ricarda Prentice and her team have built a trusted reputation throughout Broomfield and Colorado’s Front Range by combining advanced orthodontic treatment with an experience centered around each individual patient. We’re looking for an Associate Orthodontist with the clinical skills, leadership mindset, and entrepreneurial drive to transition into the primary doctor role. You’ll join an established, community-focused practice where you’ll make an immediate impact and help shape the next chapter of Prentice Orthodontics.

About the Role: This three-day-per-week opportunity is designed for an orthodontist looking to join an established practice while taking an active role in leading and growing the practice. You’ll work closely with Dr. Ricarda Prentice, become connected to patients, families, and the team, and develop a clear vision for the practice’s future. You’ll build on an established patient base, an experienced team, strong community relationships, and a reputation developed over 20 years. Digital imaging and scanning technology support personalized care for children, teens, and adults, providing a strong foundation for your ideas and continued growth. The ideal candidate brings strong clinical skills and sound treatment-planning judgement, enjoys building relationships, and is excited to become actively involved in the Broomfield community. We’re looking for someone who will bring new ideas and an entrepreneurial perspective while respecting the care and relationships that have shaped the practice.
