Scheduling Coordinator, All Star Smiles Orthodontics All Star Smiles Orthodontics is seeking an enthusiastic Scheduling Coordinator, to join our thriving practice. Please note, this position is based primarily out of our Amherst, NH location – with travel one day per week to our Bedford, NH office. How You’ll Make an Impact

Manage the Schedule with Precision: Greet and check in patients, fill open appointment slots, handle scheduling challenges with professionalism, and ensure a productive daily flow. Deliver Outstanding Patient Service: Welcome new patients, answer calls with care, and follow up on missed or emergency appointments. Coordinate Daily Operations: Prepare morning meeting reports, facilitate staff huddles, and communicate with clinical and financial teams to ensure seamless patient care. Keep the office stocked & organized Support Administrative Tasks: Process payments, send records, manage mail, maintain organized files, and keep the reception area clean and inviting. Maintain Scheduling Systems: Monitor appointment confirmations, update patient statuses, and manage recall and retention systems to keep patients engaged and on track. Handle Special Communications: Respond to inquiries from referral dentists, second-opinion callers, and new patient inquiries with professionalism and warmth.
