  How You’ll Make an Impact

Fabricate orthodontic models using digital scans, 3D printing and traditional laboratory techniques. Fabricate orthodontic appliances, retainers and other laboratory products as prescribed by the orthodontist.

Disinfect impressions, sterilize trays, polish and oil instruments, and manage weekly and monthly maintenance of ultrasonic solutions, rag wheels, and plaster traps. Handle appliance repairs, duplicate models for transfers, prepare lab cases for external labs, and ensure all materials are ready for clinical use. Track appliance fabrication, submit supply orders, and maintain organized records to support smooth lab operations. Work closely with clinical staff, attend team meetings, and contribute to a positive, respectful, and efficient work environment.

  The Teammate We’re Looking For

Dental/Orthodontic lab experience (preferred - but not required - we will train the right individual). 3D printing experience (preferred). You enjoy organization and planning. Creative with outstanding hand-eye coordination. Keen attention-to-detail and time management skills.
