Deine Aufgaben

In deiner Rolle übernimmst du die Verantwortung für die Gestaltung und Weiterentwicklung unseres Qualitätsmanagements nach ISO 9001. Neben den strategischen QM-Aufgaben umfasst die Rolle ein breites operatives Tagesgeschäft im Qualitäts- und Laborumfeld sowie die Leitung des Quality-Teams. Dein Arbeitsalltag ist geprägt von einer engen Verzahnung aus Analysen, Analytik-Koordination, technischer Dokumentation und praktischer Labororganisation.

Qualitätsmanagement

  • Pflege und Weiterentwicklung unseres nach ISO 9001 zertifizierten Qualitätsmanagementsystems sowie Betreuung der ISO 9001 Zertifizierung
  • Optimierung, Pflege und Dokumentation unserer Unternehmensprozesse
  • Durchführung interner Audits und Begleitung externer Kunden-Audits
  • Bearbeitung von Reklamation und Implementierung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen

Operatives Tagesgeschäft im Qualitätsumfeld

  • Durchführung und Koordination von Reanalysen und Freigaben
  • Erstellung, Prüfung und Pflege technischer Dokumente und Spezifikationen
  • Organisation des Laboralltags
  • Mitwirkung bei der Qualifizierung neuer Lieferanten sowie Re-Analytik von Chargen
  • Koordination externer Analytik und Zusammenarbeit mit Auftragslaboren
  • Durchführung und Unterstützung bei Wareneingangskontrollen, Chargenfreigaben und Analysenzertifikaten

Teamführung & Strategische Aufgaben

  • Leitung und Organisation des Quality Teams
  • Qualitätssicherung im Produktentwicklungsprozess sowie Unterstützung bei der Produktentwicklung im Bereich der Analytik

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes naturwissenschaftliches Studium, vorzugsweise in Chemie, Biochemie oder Lebensmittelchemie oder eine vergleichbare naturwissenschaftliche Ausbildung mit Promotion
  • Berufserfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement und/oder in der Qualitätskontrolle inklusive Durchführung von ISO-Audits
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Qualitätsmanagement sowie im Umgang mit Qualitätsmanagementsystemen (bevorzugt ISO 9001)
  • Erfolgreich absolvierte Auditorenausbildung von Vorteil
  • Kenntnisse/Erfahrungen in engverwandten Abteilungen (wie Regulatory und R&D) von Vorteil
  • Praxiserfahrung im Laborumfeld sowie Verständnis für analytische Methoden (z. B. HPLC, GC)
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit einem hohen Qualitätsanspruch
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
