Deine Aufgaben

Zur Unterstützung unseres Marketing-Teams suchen wir zum 01.01.2027 eine befristete Elternzeitvertretung für 18 Monate in Teilzeit (ca. 25 Stunden/Woche). Der Schwerpunkt dieser Position liegt in der Planung, Organisation und Durchführung unserer nationalen und internationalen Messeauftritte sowie weiterer Veranstaltungen.

  • Du planst, organisierst und koordinierst nationale sowie internationale Messeauftritte, Events und interne Veranstaltungen von der ersten Idee bis zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung.
  • Du bist die zentrale Ansprechperson für Messeveranstalter, Standbauer, Agenturen und weitere externe Dienstleister und steuerst die Zusammenarbeit eigenverantwortlich.
  • Du stellst sicher, dass Marketingmaterialien wie Broschüren, Präsentationen, Give-aways und Messeequipment rechtzeitig und in bester Qualität verfügbar sind.
  • Gemeinsam mit dem Marketingteam entwickelst du die Content-, Produkt- und Markenkommunikation kontinuierlich weiter.
  • Du konzipierst und realisierst Marketingmaterialien wie Broschüren, Flyer, Präsentationen und Anzeigen in Zusammenarbeit mit externen Partnern.
  • Du unterstützt bei der Weiterentwicklung unserer Social-Media-Aktivitäten auf LinkedIn, YouTube und weiteren relevanten Kanälen.
  • Zusammen mit deinem Team analysierst du die Marketingmaßnahmen und Messeaktivitäten anhand relevanter Kennzahlen und leitest daraus Optimierungspotenziale ab.

Dein Profil

  • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine Ausbildung im Bereich Marketing, Eventmanagement, Kommunikation oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung.
  • Du bringst erste Berufserfahrung im Marketing-, Messe-, Event- oder Projektmanagement mit.
  • Du arbeitest organisiert, strukturiert und behältst auch bei mehreren Projekten gleichzeitig den Überblick.
  • Du hast Freude daran, Veranstaltungen zu planen und verschiedene Stakeholder zu koordinieren.
  • Social Media, LinkedIn, SEO oder Online-Marketing sind dir nicht fremd und du hast Lust, dich in diese Themen weiter einzuarbeiten.
  • Fließende Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse runden dein Profil ab.
  • Kenntnisse in Adobe Photoshop & Premiere Pro sind von Vorteil, aber kein Muss.
  • Gelegentliche nationale und internationale Dienstreisen zu Messen und Veranstaltungen machen dir Spaß.
