Deine Mission: Als Chief of Staff (Commercial Focus) bist du kein reiner Berater, sondern ein "Builder". Du fungierst als rechte Hand des C-Levels, löst unsere komplexesten Wachstumsherausforderungen und treibst strategische Initiativen von der ersten Hypothese bis zur erfolgreichen Implementierung voran.

- Strategic Execution: Du übernimmst die Ownership für geschäftskritische Go-to-Market-Projekte über die Bereiche Enterprise Sales, Revenue Operations und Customer Success hinweg.

- Commercial Excellence: Du identifizierst Ineffizienzen in unseren Funnels, entwickelst datengetriebene Lösungsansätze und skalierst unseren Umsatzmotor (Pricing-Strategien, neue Marktsegmente, Sales-Zyklen-Optimierung).

- Cross-functional Leadership: Du agierst als Bindeglied zwischen den Commercial-Teams und Product/Tech, brichst Silos auf und sorgst dafür, dass alle an einem Strang ziehen, um unsere OKRs zu übertreffen.

- Executive Leverage: Du entlastest das Gründerteam und den CRO im operativen Tagesgeschäft, bereitest Board-Meetings vor und triffst eigenständig Vorabentscheidungen auf C-Level-Niveau.

Dein Profil: Wir suchen einen analytischen Vordenker mit einer absoluten "Get-shit-done"-Mentalität. Du kannst auf Flughöhe strategisch diskutieren, scheust dich aber nicht davor, tief in die Daten oder operativen Prozesse abzutauchen. Top-Tier Erfahrung: Du bringst 2-3+ Jahre Berufserfahrung aus einer führenden Strategieberatung mit. Alternativ hast du bereits in einer ähnlich exponierten, strategischen Rolle in einem High-Growth B2B-SaaS-Umfeld massiven Impact bewiesen. Commercial Acumen: Du hast eine starke Affinität zu B2B-Software-Metriken (ARR, CAC, LTV, Churn) und idealerweise bereits Projekte in den Bereichen GTM-Strategie, Sales Excellence oder Pricing begleitet. Analytische Exzellenz: Du triffst Entscheidungen nicht aus dem Bauch heraus, sondern basierend auf Daten. Du beherrschst Financial/Commercial Modeling und kannst komplexe Sachverhalte in klare Handlungsempfehlungen übersetzen. Kommunikationsstärke: Du kommunizierst präzise, auf den Punkt und kannst auf C-Level sowie im Board-Kontext souverän agieren. Sprachen: Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- (Muttersprachenniveau) und exzellente Englischkenntnisse.
