Wir suchen einen motivierten Account Executive für unser wachsendes Account Executive-Team. Dies ist eine einzigartige Gelegenheit, den Sales Cycle in einem dynamischen, stark wachsenden ConTech-Unternehmen eigenverantwortlich zu übernehmen. Du wirst maßgeblich dazu beitragen, unsere Marktreichweite mit einem KI-gestützten Produkt auszubauen, das bereits einen bedeutenden Umsatztreiber darstellt.

Tätigkeiten

- Verantwortest den gesamten Sales Cycle, inklusive Zuarbeit von SDR's für SMB-Kunden – von der Akquise bis zum Abschluss.

- Steuerst Multi-Stakeholder-Beziehungen und stehst im Austausch mit Ansprechpartnern von Geschäftsführern bis hin zu CFOs und Einkaufsleitern.

- Setzt ausgeprägte Deal-Orchestrierungs-Fähigkeiten ein, um komplexe Buying Center zu navigieren.

- Gibst strukturiertes Marktfeedback an die Produktteams weiter.

- Arbeitest direkt mit dem VP Sales und CEO an der Deal-Strategie zusammen.

Team

Du wirst Teil eines Teams von 5 Account Executives und damit der 6. SMB-AE. Wir arbeiten mit einem Verhältnis von 2 SDRs pro AE. Zu Beginn sind AEs für die ersten Monate für den Aufbau ihrer eigenen Pipeline selbst verantwortlich, um ein tiefes Marktverständnis zu entwickeln, bevor sie – leistungsabhängig – SDR-Unterstützung erhalten. Du hast eine direkte Verbindung zum VP Sales und CEO für die Deal-Strategie.

Berufserfahrung

- Für Midlevel-Positionen: 2+ Jahre Erfahrung im B2B-SaaS-Closing mit High-Velocity-Deals und mehreren Stakeholdern.

- Für Senior-Positionen: 3+ Jahre Erfahrung im B2B-SaaS-Closing mit High-Velocity-Deals.

- Nachweisliche Erfolge bei Deals mit einem ACV von 12.000 € oder mehr.

- Ausgeprägte Outbound-Erfahrung, einschließlich Prospecting, Pipeline-Aufbau und Kaltakquise.

- Fähigkeit, C-Level-Entscheider (Geschäftsführer, CFOs, Einkauf) zu überzeugen und zu beeinflussen.

- Sicherer Umgang mit einer strukturierten, beratungsorientierten Vertriebsmethodik.

- Hohe Eigenmotivation, Resilienz und die Fähigkeit, in einem wettbewerbsintensiven Umfeld zu bestehen.

- Teamplayer mit einer kollaborativen Denkweise.
