Wij zijn op zoek naar een ambitieuze Assistent Category Manager die vorm wil geven aan een commerciële en proactieve invulling van Category Management binnen Cotap. Een Assistent Category Manager met ambitie om zich verder te ontwikkelen binnen Category management.

Jouw rol als Assistent Category Manager

Als Assistent Category Manager ondersteun je de Category Manager van Vloertoebehoren en Traprenovatie. De afdeling Category management is gericht op de inkoop en het samenstellen van onze vloercollecties.

Jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden zijn:

  • Het maken van assortimentsanalyses en concurrentieanalyses;
  • Bijdrage leveren aan het (online) actueel houden van artikel- en leveranciersgegevens;
  • Het voorbereiden en organiseren van commerciële activiteiten, o.a. productintroducties en marketing activiteiten;
  • Contact onderhouden met leveranciers;
  • Weten wat er in de markt speelt op het vlak van concurrentie, maar ook op het gebied van trends;
  • Intern contactpersoon voor diverse afdelingen waaronder Voorraadbeheer met betrekking tot instromende en uitlopende artikelen;
  • In samenwerking met de Category Manager doelstellingen behalen uit het jaarplan en het opstellen van een category plan per productgroep.

Het Vloerfanaten team

Je komt te werken op de afdeling Category Management welke bestaat uit 4 Category Managers en 4 Assistent Category Managers, waarvan deze vacature één is. Daarnaast werk je in jouw organiserende en coördinerende rol veel samen met collega’s van andere afdelingen. De afdeling is gevestigd op onze nieuwe hoofdkantoor in Zwolle op de Hessenpoort.

Dit maakt jou de ideale kandidaat:

  • Afgeronde HBO opleiding, bijvoorbeeld HBO commerciële economie;
  • Ervaring binnen Retail en Category Management is een pré;
  • Termen als ‘verticaal zoeken’ en ‘draaitabellen’ zijn voor jou niet vreemd in Excel;
  • Je beheerst de Nederlandse- en Engelse taal goed;
  • Je bent zelf startend, nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en resultaatgericht;
  • Naast zelfstandigheid werk je ook graag samen met andere collega’s;
  • Fulltime beschikbaar (32 tot 40 uur per week).
