직무 소개

FC Direct Delivery 조직은 특정 상품을 대상으로 보다 효율적인 배송 네트웍 및 물류 인프라를 기획,운영하는 조직입니다. 또한 고객에게 보다 나은 서비스를 제공하기 위해서 배송 서비스 개선 및 다양한 프로젝트를 진행합니다.

업무 내용

  • 배송 네트워크를 기획하고, 팀내 목표를 수립하여 팀원들과 공유하고 목표를 달성하기 위해 팀원들을 리드
  • 중요한 의사결정에 필요한 데이터 분석 및 논리적인 관점으로 보고서를 작성
  • 주문량을 예측/분석하여 배송 Capa를 사전에 준비하고, 배송 이슈를 사전에 예방할 수 있도록 운송사(영업점)와 협업하여 업무를 진행
  • 적정 보관Capa 및 빠른 배송 서비스를 제공하기 위해서 배송거점을 기획
  • 업무에 필요한 관리 지표를 개발하고 장기적인 관점에서 비용이 투자되고 관리될 수 있도록 비용을 분석
  • 팀원의 업무 전반에 대한 피드백 및 개선팁을 제공해 최상의 인재로 육성

자격 요건

  • 업무 경력 최소 6년 이상, 다수의 팀원을 최소 3년 이상 리드한 팀장 이상의 리더 경험을 보유하신 분
  • 기획 부서에서 근무하셨거나 기획업무를 오래 경험하신 분, 프로젝트를 리딩한 경험과 팀의 목표수립 및 타임라인 기반으로 목표를 달성하시는 분
  • 높은 수준의 목표에 좌절하지 않고 해낼 수 있는 방법에 대해서 고민하면서 결국 실천적인 액션으로 연결시키는 분
  • 팀내 솔선수범을 기반으로 팀원들의 성장과 발전을 드라이브 해보신 분
  • 문제 해결시 능동적으로 방법을 찾으면서 한발 빠르게 문제/대안을 실행하시는 분

우대 사항

  • E-Commerce, 유통 물류에 대한 경험 혹은 이해도를 보유하신 분
  • 원가분석, 데이터분석, 통계자료 작성 경험이 있으신 분
  • 배송 및 물류운영에 관련된 주요 지표를 개발해 보신 분
  • 능숙한 MS Office Tool 활용능력(Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word 등)을 보유하신 분
  • 각종 Business Tool 활용경험(Slack, Salesforce, Zoom, Tableau, Power BI 등)을 보유하신 분
  • 업무상 영어(필수는 아니지만, 각종 자료 해석 및 리포트 작성 시 유리)가 가능하신 분
