職務内容 Rocket Now（ロケットナウ）部門は、無限の成長と価値を向上させるために、加盟店やブラン ドパートナーを対象にサービスの紹介、入店、プロモーションプログラムの提案を行い、顧客にさらに魅力的 なセレクションを提供できるようにしています。本ポジションは、担当営業チームをリードし、営業企画、戦略実行を通じてチームのミッションと目標を達成し、メンバーの成長をリードする ポジションです。加盟店の獲得と安定した運営をサポートすることで、チームの役割と成果の価値を発見 し、中軸として当面している問題を解決します。

業務内容

  • 営業チームをリードする • 営業戦略を立案し、実行戦略を導出する
  • セレクション、市場分析などを通じてインサイトを導き出す
  • 加盟店別、地域別、チャンネル別の関連指標の分析による成果分析やコンサルティングを行う
  • 現場中心の思考を基に店舗の営業を進める

応募要件

  • 7年以上の B2C、B2B の営業の経験がある方
  • 多様な商品、サービスに対し直接セールスをした経験がある方
  • 戦略的思考に基づいた問題定義及び解決策の導出ができる方 優遇条件
  • 戦略的思考と理解に基づいて実行戦略を導き出し、直ちに実行する自信がある方
  • 営業拠点 - 愛知県、名古屋市、静岡県、岐阜県、新潟県、石川県、長野県、三重県、富山県、又は山梨県
  • 関連会社所在地 - 名古屋
