Taking pride in reducing waste, controlling food costs, and maintaining operational efficiency without compromising guest satisfaction.

We’re excited to have you join us because… You understand that consistency and quality are essential to every guest experience. You thrive in a fast-paced kitchen while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism. You take pride in preparing food that consistently meets recipe, quality, and presentation standards. You communicate effectively and collaborate with fellow Culinary and Food & Beverage team members. You maintain high standards for food safety, sanitation, cleanliness, and organization. You adapt quickly to changing business levels and kitchen priorities. You bring reliability, initiative, and a strong work ethic to every shift. You believe great kitchens are built on teamwork, respect, and a passion for hospitality.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
