The posting

HALL Arts Hotel is hiring for an Assistant Front Office Manager.   You should join our team if you believe...

Hospitality is an art form: You believe that seamless, warm, and genuine service is critical to creating an unforgettable luxury boutique hotel experience. The desk is the heartbeat: You know the Front Office is the engine behind a guest’s first and last impression, setting the tone for their entire stay. Details define luxury: You understand that details matter, from a flawless check-in and personalized recognition to anticipating guest needs before they even ask. Leadership is collaborative: You believe great leaders empower their teams, lead by example on the floor, and cultivate an environment where staff can thrive. Cross-department synergy wins: You know that strong, daily collaboration between the Front Office, Housekeeping, and Maintenance keeps the hotel running smoothly. Memories matter: You believe every stay is an opportunity to create a lifelong memory, and you love being in the position to make it happen.

You’re a great fit for this role if you love...

Coaching in the moment: Leading, supporting, and mentoring Front Office Curators, Guest Service Agents, and Bell Staff directly on the floor. Owning the daily shift: Supervising daily front desk operations, guest registration, room assignments, and billing procedures to ensure brand standards are flawlessly met. Driving results: Helping optimize room inventory, manage upsell opportunities, and maximize property revenue during your shifts. Developing talent: Training team members on operational procedures, luxury service standards, and the art of handling difficult guest conversations. Managing: Jumping into the trenches to assist the team, whether that means checking in a heavy arrival wave, handling an escalation, or resolving an unexpected operational wrinkle. Partnering with Housekeeping: Actively communicating with Housekeeping to prioritize room readiness, VIP arrivals, and special guest requests. Fostering a positive culture: Creating an energetic, positive lobby environment where staff feel supported, respected, and set up for success every day.

We’re excited to have you join us because...

You bridge leadership and execution: You understand how to translate high-level management goals into daily, front-line excellence. You bring relevant experience: You have a solid background in hotel rooms operations, with proven supervisory or shift-leader experience in a boutique or luxury environment. You are a natural problem-solver: You stay completely calm under pressure, turning unexpected front-desk challenges into seamless service wins. You are a strong communicator: You connect easily with international guests, inspire your team, and keep upper management clearly informed.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
