POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for the safe and timely transportation of hotel supplies, equipment, materials, and other items between designated locations. The Driver ensures items are handled with care, properly secured, and delivered accurately while maintaining a professional and dependable presence. PRIMARY JOB DUTIES:
Safely transport hotel supplies, equipment, packages, and other items between designated locations. Load and unload items while ensuring they are properly handled and secured during transport. Complete pickups and deliveries in a timely and efficient manner. Verify items at pickup and delivery and communicate any discrepancies or concerns to management. Maintain Company vehicles in a clean, safe, and operational condition. Perform basic vehicle inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns. Maintain required delivery records, receipts, or logs. Follow all traffic laws, Company policies, and safety procedures. Communicate professionally with hotel associates, vendors, and outside businesses. Assist with additional transportation or delivery needs as directed by management. Additional tasks and responsibilities may be assigned based on business needs.

Education and Experience
Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record (MVR) required. Previous driving, delivery, hospitality, or related experience preferred. Ability to safely operate Company vehicles. Ability to use GPS and navigation systems and follow designated routes. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with team members, leaders, vendors, and business partners. Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, based on business needs.
Work Environment and Physical Requirements
Ability to safely load, unload, lift, carry, push, and pull items associated with deliveries and hotel operations. Ability to enter and exit Company vehicles frequently throughout the shift. Ability to safely secure and transport supplies, equipment, packages, and other materials. Ability to work indoors and outdoors and in varying weather conditions. Ability to remain alert, focused, and safety-conscious while driving and completing deliveries.
