The posting

POSITION SUMMARY The Food Runner plays an essential role in creating a seamless and memorable dining experience by connecting the culinary and service teams. As the eyes and ears between the kitchen and dining room, the Food Runner ensures every dish reaches the correct guest quickly, carefully, and exactly as intended. This position requires strong communication, attention to detail, a sense of urgency, and an understanding of the flow of service. Food Runners work closely with the Expeditor, Servers, Hosts, culinary team, and restaurant leadership to coordinate timing, communicate important information, and ensure each plate is delivered with confidence and professionalism. The ideal candidate is energetic, organized, service-minded, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure, grace, and genuine hospitality. YOU SHOULD JOIN OUR TEAM IF YOU BELIEVE…

Every plate represents the care, creativity, and standards of the culinary and service teams. Timing matters, and exceptional service depends on strong communication between the kitchen and dining room. Food should arrive at the guest’s table promptly, beautifully presented, and exactly as the Chef intended. Knowing what you are serving is just as important as delivering it. Details matter—from the correct table and seat position to confidently describing each dish. Great hospitality means anticipating what guests and teammates need before being asked. Teamwork between Culinary and Food & Beverage creates a more seamless experience for every guest. Professionalism matters because our actions, conversations, and attitude may always be within a guest’s view. A calm, organized, and positive presence can make a meaningful difference during even the busiest service. Every interaction is an opportunity to contribute to an exceptional guest experience.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
