We’re excited to have you join us because... As our Purchasing Manager, you’ll play an essential role in supporting the daily operations of HALL Park Hotel. You’ll oversee purchasing activities, coordinate with vendors, manage inventory, and ensure departments have the resources they need to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Your attention to detail, financial awareness, and commitment to quality will help drive operational efficiency while supporting Coury Hospitality’s standards of excellence.

Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred. 3–5 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or inventory management, preferably in hospitality. Knowledge of purchasing systems, inventory controls, and procurement procedures. Strong analytical, organizational, and cost-management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and vendor relationship management abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively across departments. Experience with purchasing reports, budgeting, and inventory audits preferred.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements

Ability to work in both office settings and operational areas, including receiving and storage spaces. Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and carry supplies as needed. Ability to occasionally lift up to 40 pounds. Ability to inspect inventory, verify deliveries, and move throughout the property. Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment while maintaining safety, accuracy, and organization.
