Are an ace at organization and prioritization, able to juggle multiple projects at the same time. Possess a passion for mentorship and coaching, providing guidance to help others excel. Are a systems whiz, capable of navigating multiple hotel PMS systems such as Opera and Lightspeed, as well as restaurant POS systems. Excel at Microsoft Excel and other products within the Microsoft Office Suite. You’re a fixer who thrives at understanding a challenge or problem and then presenting a solution.

Bring a minimum of 10 years of experience in hotel and restaurant operations, ideally within full-service, four-diamond luxury boutique hotels. Are an exceptional communicator who can get your point across clearly, effectively, and skillfully. Are a bona fide leader who has guided hotel and/or restaurant departments toward prosperity and growth. Thrive in task force environments and can quickly adapt to new teams, properties, cultures, and operational challenges. Have a passion for being outside the office, in the spaces where our magic happens. Lead from the front and are energized by rolling up your sleeves alongside the team. Possess a sharp eye for operational detail and the instinct to identify opportunities, solve problems, and create lasting improvements. Know how to balance luxury service, team engagement, guest satisfaction, and financial performance. Are a natural coach who inspires confidence, develops talent, and elevates standards wherever you go. Love to curate experiences that make every moment matter. Bring poise, flexibility, and a positive, can-do attitude to every assignment.
