Greeting and welcoming guests with genuine warmth, professionalism, and attentive service. Parking and retrieving guest vehicles safely, securely, and efficiently. Assisting guests with luggage, belongings, and other needs upon arrival and departure. Recording guest information accurately on valet tickets, including the vehicle's parking location and using the correct ticket color. Running back to the valet station after parking a vehicle so you are ready to assist the next guest. Directing vehicle traffic safely at hotel and restaurant entrances. Helping arrange taxis and other transportation for guests and visitors. Returning rental vehicles and completing errands or deliveries for guests when requested. Answering questions about the hotel, restaurant, local attractions, and surrounding area. Providing helpful recommendations and information about Oklahoma City and nearby destinations. Communicating with guests professionally and responding to questions or concerns with genuine care. Reporting guest service issues or operational concerns to Management promptly. Maintaining a clean, polished appearance and following all uniform and grooming standards. Working at either of the property's designated Valet Station locations based on business needs. Staying active and moving with a sense of urgency while always remembering: run fast, drive slow, safety first.

You understand the responsibility that comes with driving and caring for guest vehicles. You have a valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving record. You are confident navigating Oklahoma City and the surrounding areas. You communicate clearly and professionally with guests, coworkers, and leadership. You remain calm, friendly, and professional when handling guest concerns or busy arrival periods. You are dependable and willing to jump in wherever needed to support the Valet team. You take pride in providing quick, efficient service without compromising safety. You are comfortable working outdoors and understand that valet operations continue in varying weather conditions. You are motivated by creating a welcoming arrival and departure experience for every guest.
Education and Experience
Previous valet and/or customer service experience preferred. Approximately three years of driving experience preferred. Valid driver's license required. Clean driving record required. Strong knowledge of local roads and surrounding areas preferred. Ability to drive a manual transmission preferred, but not required. Strong English communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively with guests, coworkers, and leadership both verbally and in writing. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills. Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and appearance at all times. Must be at least 21 years old. Must have no more than one moving violation within a two-year period. Must successfully complete required annual MVR screening.
Work Environment and Physical Requirements
Ability to stand and maintain well-paced mobility for extended periods throughout the shift. Ability to lift and transport items weighing at least 50 pounds. Ability to push and pull carts and other equipment weighing up to 250 pounds. Ability to run short distances, potentially up to 500 yards multiple times throughout the day, as needed to retrieve vehicles. Ability to frequently enter and exit guest vehicles throughout the shift. Ability to work safely around moving vehicles and maintain constant awareness of guest, vehicle, and employee safety. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, wind, and other inclement weather. Valet operations may continue during inclement weather, and employees are expected to report for scheduled shifts unless otherwise directed by Management. Ability to move quickly when retrieving vehicles while maintaining safe driving practices at all times. Must wear comfortable, closed-toe, non-skid shoes while working. Must meet all company driving and MVR requirements.
