Bij CowManager bouwen we aan slimme agritech oplossingen die het leven van melkveehouders wereldwijd makkelijker maken. Onze IoT-oorsensoren verzamelen continu gegevens over gezondheid, gedrag en vruchtbaarheid van koeien.

Deze sensoren communiceren via embedded systemen met de cloud. De software die jij ontwikkelt vormt de cruciale schakel tussen miljoenen koeien in het veld en onze Azure-omgeving en draagt direct bij aan beter dierenwelzijn.

We zoeken een C# .NET Developer met ervaring in embedded systemen die wil werken op het snijvlak van hardware, software en cloud.

Wat ga je doen

Als C# .NET Developer werk je in een multidisciplinair team aan software die draait op embedded apparaten (voornamelijk Linux-based) en continu communiceert met de cloud.

• Ontwikkelen van software voor embedded systemen die data verzamelen en versturen • Bouwen van robuuste .NET applicaties die draaien op Linux devices • Zorgen voor betrouwbare communicatie tussen devices en cloud • Werken aan performance, stabiliteit en schaalbaarheid van systemen • Meedenken over architectuur en technische keuzes • Schrijven van goed gestructureerde code inclusief testing • Samenwerken met collega’s uit cloud-, data- en hardware teams

Waar ligt de technische uitdaging

Onze devices staan continu in verbinding met het internet en verwerken grote hoeveelheden data in realtime. Dit vraagt om stabiele, efficiënte en schaalbare software op devices met beperkte resources.

Je werkt aan systemen waar betrouwbaarheid cruciaal is: als jouw software draait, kunnen boeren direct zien hoe het met hun koeien gaat.

Wat zoeken wij?

• Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring met C# en .NET (Core) • Ervaring met softwareontwikkeling voor embedded systemen • Ervaring met Linux omgevingen • Kennis van design patterns en coding best practices • Ervaring met automated testing / unit testing • Ervaring met CI/CD pipelines is een pré • Goede beheersing van Nederlands en Engels • Samenwerkingsgericht en communicatief sterk

Nice to have • Affiniteit met de agrarische sector

Arbeidsvoorwaarden

• Salaris €4.000 – €6.300 + 8% vakantiegeld • Bonus tot 10% van jaarsalaris • Pensioen (2/3 betaald door CowManager) • 25 vakantiedagen + bijkoopmogelijkheid • Kilometervergoeding • Thuiswerkvergoeding (€50 p/m) • €500 budget voor ergonomische werkplek • Vitaliteitsbudget €250 per jaar • Flexibel en hybride werken • Werken op een unieke locatie in Harmelen
