Bij CowManager bouwen we aan slimme agritech oplossingen die het leven van melkveehouders wereldwijd makkelijker maken. Onze IoT oorsensoren verzamelen continu gegevens over gedrag, gezondheid en vruchtbaarheid van koeien. Deze datastromen worden realtime verwerkt in Azure en ontsloten via moderne applicaties zodat boeren betere beslissingen kunnen nemen.

We zoeken een .NET Backend Developer die wil werken aan schaalbare cloudoplossingen in een moderne .NET omgeving.

Wat ga je doen

Als .NET Backend Developer werk je in een multidisciplinair team aan backend-diensten die sensordata verwerken, opslaan en beschikbaar maken voor onze klanten wereldwijd. Je bouwt en verbetert microservices, denkt mee over architectuur en draagt bij aan de kwaliteit van onze codebase.

• Ontwikkelen en onderhouden van backend-services in .NET • Werken aan microservices en serverless componenten in Azure • Schrijven van goed gestructureerde code inclusief unit en integratietests • Meedenken over architectuur, schaalbaarheid en performance • Meedraaien in tweewekelijkse sprints, inclusief refinement, planning en review • Nauwe samenwerking met product owners, R&D en data teams

Je werkt dagelijks met onder andere: C#, ASP.NET / .NET 6+, Entity Framework Core, MS SQL, CosmosDB, Azure Cloud, Azure DevOps (CI/CD), Bicep, Docker, Git

Waar ligt de technische uitdaging

Onze hardware sensoren pushen continu grote hoeveelheden data naar de cloud. Dit vraagt om schaalbare, robuuste backend-oplossingen. Je werkt aan gedistribueerde systemen, microservices en serverless componenten en past continu nieuwe technieken toe.

De focus ligt op nieuwbouw, aangevuld met uitbreidingen op het bestaande platform. De verhouding is ongeveer 60 procent nieuwbouw en 40 procent bugfixing en tech debt.

Je team

Binnen IT werken ongeveer 50 tot 60 collega’s, waarvan 15 tot 20 .NET developers verdeeld over meerdere teams. We hanteren een DevOps-mentaliteit waarbij developers ook verantwoordelijk zijn voor productieomgevingen. We werken volgens Scrum. Gemiddelde doorlooptijd van features: 1 tot 3 weken.

Wat zoeken wij?

• Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring met C# • Ervaring met Azure • Bekend met software-ontwerpprincipes en best practices • Ervaring met testautomatisering • Samenwerkingsgericht en communicatief sterk

Nice to have • Ervaring met microservices of gedistribueerde systemen • Ervaring met CosmosDB
