Position: Barista Industry: Food & Beverage (Café) Location: Lavender / Jalan Besar, Singapore Employment Type: Full-Time Working Days: 5–6 Days per Week, Rotating Shifts (Subject to Confirmation) Salary: SGD 2,500–3,000 per month (Indicative)

Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve quality coffee, tea and other beverages according to company standards.
  • Take customer orders and provide excellent customer service.
  • Support daily café operations, including food and beverage preparation.
  • Assist with beverage arrangements for events and catering.
  • Manage inventory, stock replenishment and supplier deliveries.
  • Maintain cleanliness of equipment, counters and preparation areas.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.

Job Requirements

  • Approximately 3 years of relevant barista or café experience preferred.
  • Experience in mixology or beverage development is an advantage.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Passion for coffee, beverages and hospitality.
  • Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative, responsible, detail-oriented and a good team player.
  • Good understanding of food hygiene and cleanliness practices.
