Sobre a oportunidade Buscamos um(a) Gerente de TI para atuar de forma estratégica e operacional na gestão da área de Tecnologia, liderando pessoas, projetos e iniciativas que contribuam para a evolução e sustentação do ambiente tecnológico da empresa.

O profissional será responsável por conectar as necessidades do negócio à estratégia de Tecnologia, garantindo eficiência operacional, segurança, disponibilidade dos ambientes e evolução contínua dos sistemas e soluções.

Principais responsabilidades Gerenciar a área de Tecnologia da Informação, garantindo a sustentação e evolução do ambiente tecnológico; Liderar, desenvolver e acompanhar a equipe de TI; Definir e acompanhar indicadores, metas, SLAs e resultados da área; Gerenciar projetos e iniciativas de Tecnologia, garantindo prazos, qualidade e alinhamento com o negócio; Atuar na gestão de fornecedores, parceiros e contratos de tecnologia; Apoiar a definição e execução do planejamento estratégico de TI; Garantir a disponibilidade, performance e continuidade dos ambientes e serviços de TI; Atuar na identificação e mitigação de riscos tecnológicos; Acompanhar investimentos, orçamento e custos da área; Promover melhorias de processos, sistemas e infraestrutura; Trabalhar em conjunto com as demais áreas da empresa, traduzindo necessidades de negócio em soluções de Tecnologia; Apoiar iniciativas relacionadas à segurança da informação, proteção de dados e governança de TI.

Requisitos Experiência sólida em gestão de Tecnologia da Informação; Experiência em liderança e gestão de equipes; Experiência na gestão de projetos, fornecedores e/ou serviços de TI; Capacidade de atuação estratégica, aliada à visão operacional; Boa comunicação e habilidade para relacionamento com diferentes áreas e níveis hierárquicos; Perfil analítico, organizado, orientado a resultados e melhoria contínua; Disponibilidade para atuação presencial em Pelotas/RS; Disponibilidade para contratação no modelo PJ. Diferenciais Experiência ou conhecimento nos seguintes temas serão considerados diferenciais importantes:

Segmento de Saúde; ANS / TISS; Segurança da Informação; LGPD e proteção de dados; Dados e BI; Cloud Computing; Governança e gestão de serviços de TI. Importante: os conhecimentos e experiências acima são considerados diferenciais e não são necessariamente requisitos obrigatórios para a posição. Perfil que buscamos Um(a) profissional com visão de negócio, capacidade de liderança e facilidade para transitar entre estratégia e operação. Alguém que consiga estruturar processos, desenvolver pessoas, conduzir projetos e propor soluções de Tecnologia alinhadas aos objetivos da organização.
