The posting

Au sein de la Direction Commerciale, nous recherchons un Assistant service clients - pôle incidents majeurs dans le cadre d'un CDD de remplacement jusqu'au 15/09/2027.

Vous aurez pour principale mission de piloter de manière efficiente les incidents impactant les clients afin de maintenir les engagements en terme de prise en charge et de résolution.

Concrètement, vous effectuerez :

  • le suivi de l'ensemble des incidents majeurs
  • le suivi de l'alimentation des fiches d'incidents majeurs
  • la préparation et l'animation de comité d'incidents majeurs
  • la communication pro-active auprès de nos clients
  • la réalisation des plans d'actions à chaud et à froid
  • le reporting de votre activité à votre hiérarchie

Profil :

Titulaire idéalement d'un diplôme de bac+2/3 (BUT GEA, Licence Banque) ou d'un diplôme Bac+5 (Master banque, Commerce), vous disposez d'une expérience probante et significative dans la relation clients et la prise en charge de leurs demandes.

Par ailleurs :

  • Vous êtes autonome, réactif(ve) et organisé(e)
  • Vous disposez d'un excellent relationnel et êtes à l'aise dans les interactions avec les services internes ou les clients.
  • Vous êtes doté d'une bonne capacité d'analyse et êtes en capacité de traiter des réclamations ou demandes d'informations portant sur des sujets pluriels

Dans l'idéal, vous avez une appétence pour les sujets relatifs à la finance de marché.

Rémunération de 41 683 euros annuels brut sur 13 mois (comprenant une prime variable de 1 330€ qui est proratisée par rapport à la durée du contrat et versée au terme du CDD.
